describe the 17th frats in one sentence

What's are they like individually? And what makes 17th the supposed "best" street from what I've heard?

Yeah 21st is definitely better than 17th for frats

Betas are the only good frat on 17th but they can't even throw parties. 21st is by far the most lit although there are a lot of good sororities on 17th.

21st is frat central because of Zetes, Alpha Delts, and Tekes. 17th is sorority central because of Thetas, Pi Phis, and G Phis.
