Is COB ending or do houses continue spring quarter as well?

Whether or not a sorority participates in COB is determined by their house totals! There will definitely be houses doing COB in the spring, and there might be some new ones depending on winter graduations etc.

Houses do COB in the Spring, but you wouldn't move in until Fall quarter so I would highly recommend just waiting until formal fall recruitment!!
