bottom frats

Which bottom frats have the most potential, or are they all stuck where they are at in the social scene?
Also, how do the frat houses rank in size? not members but physical size. Which houses are nicest?

you could make the same argument for phi tau then or psi u but clearly location can only do so much

phi kappa theta is a ifc house that needs more involvement in the greek system. if they get more involve d then they can possible bump up to middle teer
