sophomore ffr

will the new sophomore quota really benefit sophomores? wouldnt it just make it even harder for sophomores to get into a house if each house knows that they require a certain amount so they probably wouldnt want to go over it?

It will ultimately benefit sophomores because in the past (this year was no exception) houses will drop you just for being a sophomore and they did not add any sophomores into their new pledge classes at all.

does this quota apply only towards ffr or in general? like does it apply for cob as of now?

nope. Only applies for ffr. Sophomores have a minimal chance of getting a bid during cob unfortunately
