lack of diversity thoughts

It makes me so sad to look at pictures of a PC with 1-2 POC max. I think one of the best ways to learn is through other's experiences, cultures, and backgrounds, and that simply can't happen when our Greek system is like 95% white. Lack of diversity is such a huge problem within the GS. Other's thoughts on this?

I know a bunch of sororities with diversity, you just may not be looking at the right places.
