new to the school

Hey I'm a sophomore that transferred last quarter, i applied but only met up with a few houses. This quarter a lot of new houses are participating in COB so i was wondering if i still had a chance. Do you think i should give up, and should i just wait for them to reach out to me or should i reach out to them first?

I would say to email them! It's late in the quarter so they probably don't think that a lot of ppl want to COB so you should take initative and give them about a week to respond
