formal recruitment

I'm thinking about rushing for a sorority this coming year but no one in my family's ever been involved in the Greek system so I was wondering if the current sororities care about this? Since I'm new to this as well are there any I should avoid?

No the sororities here don't really care about legacies as much as other places. You should come in with an open mind and try avoid sites like this tbh. Every house deserves a chance and you'll end up somewhere great! Good luck

It doesn't matter so much as to having family in the Greek system than it is to have friends in the Greek system. You'll do fine if you're coming in without connections but you can already tell the people with connections will easily get into the houses they want
