We're a lower tier house and had about 20 aphis show up to our exchange. While GPhi just kinda blew us off (zero girls showed up)

absolutely not true. In fact it's the opposite. I'm in a house you could consider top and last year a phi psi formal came up and one girl wanted to go because she liked her date a lot but no one else would go with her, in fact the only reply she got to her groupme message about it was "lol." I see aphis at pretty much every fraternity.

Aphis are still mid top because they don't have consistently attractive PCs. They have quite a few really hot girls but there are still a lot of others in the house that are really average. Some are super nice and cool and others are kinda annoying

It depends on how you define "top." Granted, they have a lot of cute/nice girls, but they are somewhat narcissistic in that they don't go to events with houses they think as below them. I heard from an Aphie that one time the had an exchange with Psi U (not top) and no one showed up. When an actual top houses, like Gphi and KD, plan an exchange with a lower house, 20-30+ girls show up and make the guys feel welcome. Until Aphie Fixes that, they will never be a top house.
