Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Honestly these guys are getting hated on for being creepy and weird and they really shouldn’t be. Yeah some of them can be a little creepy sometimes but majority of the guys in that house are super chill. My sorority always has fun at their parties and they’ve been going to parties at other feats that are higher up in social ranks than them which I think is really cool and has to say something.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.0 Their house is perpetually dirty and the parties are fun when they don't get shut down by the cops. The guys there are very kind, genuine and friendly. Like every house they do have some "fratty" guys and some weirdos, but as a whole the guys are cool. People sleep on them but they always have a line that wraps around their house for their parties and they know how to get ratchet. Over all they're a great house. 10/10 would party there again.
