Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.6 This house has become one of the most active houses around over these last couple years. They have the classiest guys and some of the best parties. It's hard to rank houses simply because each house changes with their new pledge classes, but these guys have stayed consistently awesome. Keep it up.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 I've been rushing around this spring, and this house seems like a bunch of great guys. They seem like there is a good balance of social/school, and all of the guys are very well rounded. They dry rush though, which is good for some people, cause they really want to know what kind of person you are. I would suggest checking them out!

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 Been rushing around numerous houses including here. Bunch of nice guys in this house and do seem much classier than most houses. The house itself is nice seems clean but messy. Overall a good house. For future rushing kids, just know that they're rushing is weird. They do dry rushing which is a good thing. But the multiple times i went there i only hung out with the rush chair members. Never got to get a good feel of the house.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 These guys are some of my best friends and are a house filled with attractive and smart men. They always are mindful of walking girls home at night and they have tons of cool parties and even fun dry events like a talent show.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 It's incredible that 90 of the best men I have ever met have assembled into this one organization. They are mature, smart, and show Christ's love in everything they do. Huge presence at the Inn, very involved on IFC, good grades, and phenomenal philanthropic programs.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.0 Upper-middle, house is on 17th so they pull some hot girls. Small house though, and the a chi o's that come over say they should overall be middle tier.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.8 They are probably the bottom of the top tier. Nothing really stands out but nothing bad either. I like the guys, they seem genuine and approachable.
