i love this house, they have a great brotherhood and throw some very solid parties. I'd consider the Delts to be a hidden gem in the Greek system and actually one of the better houses to go to party at.

pledge at directly below this post was clearly blackballed during the rush process by Delts. i thoroughly enjoy their presence on campus and their annual Foam Party is by far the best event during Greek Week. I strongly recommend guys to rush here and girls to party here

The Delts are easily one of the strongest houses on campus. Literally, when the Delts have an event or make a move, their voices are heard loud and clear. Their house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and their party room is home to an insane dance floor and classy bar room. The bros themselves are extremely laidback and definitely know how to party. All the girls I've seen go into Delts are eager to party with them. Strongly recommend for anyone to check out

The Delta have kept their cool through all the ups and downs of fraternity life at UW. They are just a classy, top-notch group of guys and deserve to be listed as Top Five!

This is overall a good house. Each guy is super sweet and will walk you home no questions asked. Parties are great. The guys know how to talk to girls. I saw the renovations earlier this year and the house is super nice, probably one of the cleanest on campus. Apparently the whole house will be renovated by the end of this next summer. Just wish they could have girl live-ins!

Been here a couple times and they are very nice guys, always get walked home. The new pc is great the the renovations are looking super nice. Great house

If you don't think they have brotherhood, then you're straight up stupid and need to open your eyes a bit. The guys I know have a massive group of friends from their house and are always hanging out. And if I know anything to be true, they know how to have a damn good time.
