Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.0 Good house but really bad rush chairs. I rushed through a friend and when the rush chair took over I quickly lost interest with the house.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.8 All around best house I've seen. Whoever said this house is disgusting is crazy. They like to keep it clean for the ladies. These guys literally have a chill to pull ratio of 5:5. Not to mention a badass house.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.5 Can't say i agree with the poster before me, but the original poster seems pretty close. They do have a rep for being fratty and partying pretty hard, but i think it comes mostly from spring quarter when they can actually use their backyard/pool.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.0 They're known to be really fratty, but they're honestly just really fun. Once you know at least a couple of them, they're really friendly. they have really fun parties!
