Zetes has some pretty poppin parties and a great party room. However, the guys are pretty creepy and seem to be more into themselves/each other than into the girls. Just seems like a lot of guys that weren't cool in high school but are trying to turn their image around. Not the house for me.

some hot girls. two friends of mine definitely drop the house sophomore year. they are crazy partiers, they go hard. pc'12 not that good this year. pc'11 better of the group. pc'11 hit or miss. pc'12 their better pledge class, no questions asked.

what happened this year kd's. they smoke the most. aint nothing wrong with that haha. pc'12 one of the more broke pledge classes this year. pc'11 best pledge class that year. pc'10 hella bro. pc'09 are pretty hot too.

pi phis are definitely a top house. their new pc 12 is alright, pc 11 hottest hands down. the girls don't seem that real, in fact I've only met one who seems genuine and she's taken by a sigma chi.... basically don't waste your time here they know they're hot and have less involvement then other sororities but nonetheless for sure top tier.
