Super annoying girl from my high school is in this years pledge . If she got a bid... they are going downhill.

If went to private school in Seattle and have $$$$. Attractiveness doesn't live up to the hype.

Good house. Have risen to top tier over the past few years. Hard to get to know at parties as they usually dance/socialize only with each other. Take their "brother/sister&qu ot; house relationship with gphis WAAAAAAY too seriously.

Honestly only considered a "top house" because of the name. Boring parties, hammered PC 12.

Decent looking girls, but total think they are wayyy hotter than they actually are. They party a decent amount but don't have that great of a reputation around the frats

Not sure why thetas are considered a good house, but they are. Some cool girls but most of them are not attractive as they think they are. Also pretty stuck up. And from what I've heard I am not the only one that thinks this.

Always a good time hanging with DGs. Super chill and down to earth. Coolest philanthropy. They seem like they're all really close with each other and always do well in rush. Overall really cool, funny girls.

this house actually is sub par

I don't know why this house acts like they're a top when they really just take all the pretty but mean girls that no one else wants. Yes g phis might be gorgeous but the girls are mean and not very involved. They do informal and try to act like they can get everyone they want the first time. Maybe if this house was a little nicer they would.

I always thought girls in those house were sweet but after working with some of them I found that they are the complete opposite. These girls were rude, thought they were better than others, and were more consumed with themselves than the actual work going on. Girls save yourself and rush another house- don't be fooled by ZTA, they aren't as nice as you think.
