They always have great drinks and fun times. Might be a little awkward if you don't know people there personally, but it's very easy to get to know them. Nice guys that know how to party hard. Not creepy at all, good vibes, and a sweet basketball court. Definitely my favorite house to hang at, especially on phi psi fridays

Known as being the rich and pretty girls, pretty much are the typical Kappa Delta at other schools. They go out a lot, have the look, etc.

great house. members are super chill, definitely know how to just kick it, but can also party until the sun's up. just needs a little more organization, and this is def gonna be a top house.

Obviously one of the best social houses. Gets voted down because other houses wish they could party in their backyard all of the time. This years PC is a lot better than last years and it looks like they are headed in the right direction with the guys they have been rushing.

This ranking is not accurate at all!!! These are the nicest girls on campus, and everytime I make a sorority friend they happen to be from sigma kappa. Know how to party hard, but will still take care of their sisters. Moving up in the system. A great mixture of girls, and there is every type of girl in the house. Never boring.
