this house is on the rise and i think they don't get enough credit. they make a big effort in getting involved with frats and their own philanthropy and they know how to have a good time too. hopefully they keep it up with rush next year

this may not be a top house but they're on the rise if more people from more houses go there. they have a clean house, pool, parties, live-in is really fun (i lived somewhere else and phi pools was way better). nice group of guys

Easily one of the houses on the fastest rise, their past couple PCs have been great. Their parties always have an awesome atmosphere and are packed. They have some of the largest "house parties" I've been to in the greek system
