This house is dirty during the Summer but is cleaned up nicely during school year. Still dirty after ragers. Great party with lots of booze and girls. Great group of diverse guys. Great social frat but if you want to keep your grades up it's gonna take motivation.

I went to house tours here and they tried to figure out what neighborhood I lived in. The girl was from California so why in the world would she care!
