Alpha Delt is easily one of the strongest fraternities on campus and is most definitely a top house in terms of social influence and reputation. Although I'm not a fan of their location, their parties are insane and their social rooms are awesome. They throw some of the best triads with Betas and Fiji and although they aren't traditionally part of the "Big Four", it might as well be "Big Five" including the Alpha Delts. Sorority girls seem to love the gentlemen of ADPhi and for good reason.

just my opinion, but i generally think that most of the high ranks on this page are from people in phipsi and/or pity ranks. phipsi is nowhere a top house and it really also has a crappy location because its located right next to a top house, the alpha delts...i took some of my new sisters to phipsi and i swear, we left literally five minutes later. there was no such party vibe at this house. sorry...
