Everybody knows Theta's is the top house, hands down. Haters be hating but doesn't change a thing. Very classy, Very hot, very privileged (can't blame them for being from well off fams.). Not the nicest (Pi Phis hold that) but definitely nice enough.

Sigma Kappas are hotter than their reputation. They're down to earth and fun to drink with. I think they get more bad rep than they deserve.
