yeah, sorry Zete pledge (fanboy) directly below this post...your self ranking isn't really helping here. i'd give Zetes the benefit of their party room as a plus, but everything else about the house is average at best. brothers are whatever, parties are meh. at this point, i might agree with the whacko two posts below.

i love this house, they have a great brotherhood and throw some very solid parties. I'd consider the Delts to be a hidden gem in the Greek system and actually one of the better houses to go to party at.

Phi Pools is definitely on the rise, these guys know how to throw down and their pool is rad for spring and summer. Guys are chill and house is looking better and better every quarter. Everyone calling phi pools low tier is just jealous they don't have a pool on 90 degree days like today haha
