Easily top 3, Fijis is very respected and girls always want to come over. This house also has ridiculously good brotherhood.

Known as the top house along with the betas, super popular. Have a reputation of being secretive, some really big and fun parties, some bad parties. Don't party with a ton of sororities but hang out with all of the 'top tier' ones. Good house

These guys have definately been top tier the last couple years. They have a tight brotherhood and are well respected by both the guys and ladies on campus. The guys are always fun and keep it classy. Probably my favorite house to visit.

This chapter has such a great history at the University of Washington and a pretty good nationwide network. To be a Pi Phi is to get respect...I was so scared of these girls because of how intimidating and beautiful they were...until I got to know them. Obviously there are a ton of different girls in the house, but overall they are a top chapter.

Honestly, they have an inflated images of themselves. They used to be mid tier but have dropped down the last 2 years.
