AOPi is a great sorority and started strong at UW this year. This fall they had the largest pledge class. Obviously they're doing something right. The girls seem very nice, genuine, and pretty to me.

PIKES is a great example of what a frat should be. The guys are welcoming, chill, and fun. Their parties are great and their house is nice. They are gentlemen to ladies and treat them with respect. They might not be top tier but they are definitely pretty damn close.
