Such a great house these days. Guys are all extremely respectful, this is where you want to go if you don't want to be treated like a slam piece. And the new pc is quite attractive. Let's hope they throw enough parties this year.

Rushed here awhile ago, and this was my top choice (ended up having to do dorms instead). They were just all around chill, smart guys. Apparently they have been growing a ton in the last two years, and they are looking at having around 100 brothers by the end of the summer.

The house is open during the summer but not maintained, giving it a bad image if not seen during the academic year, when it is clean and classy. The guys love to have a good time. Party hard but definitely not too rowdy or disrespectful. Interesting to see what this years PC will do for them. More than a few studs in the chapter.
