If you don't think they have brotherhood, then you're straight up stupid and need to open your eyes a bit. The guys I know have a massive group of friends from their house and are always hanging out. And if I know anything to be true, they know how to have a damn good time.

My sister was in this house and loved it so much! She met a big handful of great girls and they still are great friends today... Even after college and some of them even moved to LA together and live there now. Her best friend was also in this house and she is seriously the most real, gorgeous, funny girl. This house seemed GREAT when she was there so I hope it still is!
