Known as the smart fraternity on campus for good reason. Have been tops on campus for gpa year after year. Parties are much to be desired though.

Came back really strong after coming back on campus. Great group of guys and easy to work with. They don’t throw a ton of parties but every one they do throw is a big one and have a lot of involvement in campus. Lot of Sphinx club members and various leaders of other clubs around campus. Truly rose to the top in no time at all.

Lots of self-ranking by guys in the house on here it’s easy to tell. This house is making a comeback on campus in a big way. Their social life is fantastic and their parties are awesome. I always appreciate the Stacy’s Mom thrownback, lit as hell. Their bidding process is very weak and it allows a lot of useless guys who just want a bid to get one and then contribute nothing, quantity over quality at its best. They also allow freshman to stay in the doorms for their first semester unlike the other houses on campus which has some ups, but a lot of downs. There is a good solid group of leaders who are fully bought in to delta life, and are giving this house a real shot at being the top house on campus. They have a wide assortment of atheletes namely swimmers and football players, and a hearty mix of others as well. I would give them two years to graduate all of the GDI’s/depledges that hopped on the free bid train during their rechartering, and they will have a golden ride from there. Good house.

Great house with a reputation built on a ten+ year streak of having the top GPA on the campus. Very involved as well. Their party scene needs some real work (only about 2 good bangers a year), their brotherhood could be stronger. They, like all houses definitely have their share of untrue stereotypes following them around. Overall however they have a strong core group and it’s their superior academic performance and strong involvement that award them a top tier status. They are always recognized as a top tier house on campus and by the administration/ faculty/outsiders.

DTD is the only house worth joining on campus. The other fraternities have one or two things they are good at, but Delts lead lives of excellence in every sense of the word.

Most members hold high ranking leadership positions on campus. The majority of members I've noticed are handsome, competitive, very smart and though it’s a small fraternity there are some athletes in the group. These guys also spend a great deal of their personal time volunteering for community service projects. It's a small selective group that values brotherhood and loyalty. They have fun, safe parties and young women are always treated with respect when they visit.
