confused about fiji

I recently heard from a brother they are about to bid a couple former SigEp's this semester. Im confused as to why they would and how is that even allowed? To me that seems like a super bad look

apparently sigep never initiates their brothers, so they can drop because they were never officially 'in.' Idk it doesn't really make sense to me but that's what I"ve heard.

Probably not a good look for FIJI, unless they're studs. SigEp must really have nothing to offer for former brothers to quit and look elsewhere to another and probably better fraternity.

I heard they didn't drop, but they are expelled brothers of SigEp. Either way its a super bad look for fiji to be that desperate to bid guys from other fraternities. I guess they'll do anything to try and be top tier.
