Frat Rankings end of year

1. Theta Chi - They probably had the best turnouts this year and had a good fall recruitment but idk how they will look next year
2. Pike/Sae - Pike: Does super good with relations and has had decent recruitment. It’s been a down year for them, could probably be top next year.
Sae: They have good brothers and always kill recruitment but they are complete ***holes to girls and don’t even make an effort to fix their relations, could be up there if they fix relations.
4. Rose - Rose has numbers but their quality isn’t really that great. Most of their parties are full of geeds and some questionable people, but the people that go to their moves seem to like them.
5. Fiji - Fiji is really nice guys and they are on campus, but they seem really unorganized and almost like they don’t care. They also get carried by the sae collabs.
6. Phi psi - Barely above sigma chi because sigma chi is so new but no sorority comes close to mixing with phi psi and their parties only ever get deep from posting on vcu story and getting random freshman to pull up. I will say their brotherhood seems very involved which most orgs struggle with.
7. Sigma Chi - They will pass phi psi next year, they are just new to all of this but they are making a good effort.
