best frats?

Here are the frats that I think are great.
Tchi- strong fraternity and have grown outstandingly
Dchi- some good brothers some not. Overall not bad of a frat.
AKL- New members are much better than the older ones.
Sigep- there are cliques within this fraternity. There are people that don't get along with others because a lot of people became brothers last semester.
Phi Psi- Most of them are great guys, some have too much ego but it is still a great fraternity.
SAE- Great group of people. They have come a long way since the partying incident and their parties are never boring. They have had the fastest come back.
PIKE- as with any big fraternities, there are some great people and some not. They have some good parties and have the most brothers.
These are my honest opinions. Yours may be different.

dchi- all they do is rage. They. hang out with phi mu, sigma, and AGD.
AKL- rages too, but they do mad service for the spca. ranked them this high because every thursday/friday/saturday ive heard of AKL throwing down. Hang out with AGD, and Phi mu mostly.
TChi- rages, but only hangs out with sigma which lowers their rank.
Pike- i put them this low because they are on social probation this whole semester. haven't had any parties, and most of their brothers go to other fraternity parties at the moment.
Fiji- have potential. getting better. parties are miss most of them time. only see them with AGD.
Any other fraternity, you don't need to care about.

Not sure about the ranking but these 5 are the best at vcu and the rest are irrelevant.

This is actually accurate, TChi could maybe be Tier 1, but they're a little small right now compared to Pike/DChi

These are the most accurate rankings on the site. Agree tchi could be considered tier 1, but they need to grow more.

It means that depending who you talk to they will say that number one is either Dchi or Tchi.

AKL (ram factor, Halloween watch, etc.)

The rest
Most of the rankings on here are just social, which for a college lifestyle, is the only thing that matters. Anything else is just extra stuff.
