Greek life at VCU is growing, I could see a good amount of the lower level fraternities work their way to middle. I could also see Pi Kapp squeeze itself into Top Tier in a few semesters but they’re currently filled with a mix of straight up goobers and decent guys.

The top tier fraternities are all solid. They all throw dope socials, mix with the top sororities, and do good philanthropy wise. I could see Delta Chi slipping though, as they are always in trouble and haven’t been recruiting well lately. Both Theta Chi and Fiji seem to be rising and I could see them be top dawgs with Pike cause it seems like Pike has plateaued.
