Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.2 I'll give credit where credit is due and say that SigEp has recruited well consistently the past 2 years especially in the fall. Yeah they don't pledge but that doesn't mean they just hand out bids, it's still pretty selective. The guys are really chill and I've never had a problem with any of them

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 2.8 The biggest issue with Sig Ep is that they have no pledge process. iniation happens almost immediately after bids. This means many things but mostly that they're kind of soft, lots of people drop, and they'll probably never rise past the middle

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.4 As someone in a top tier sorority at VCU, SigEp has some of the most genuine group of gentlemen. They're one of the few fraternities that don't treat women as objects, and throw parties that are pretty consistently good. Not to mention they have the biggest house on campus. Their brotherhood is stronger then any other fraternity on campus. I definitely wouldn't say they're top tier, but their past two pledge classes have been really strong, and they're definitely making their way up on campus.
