Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.8 These guys can take over within the next year depending on their next fall class. They have a lot of diversity and are really chill. They throw down the hardest on campus. Very nice guys to meet and talk to, and some of them are really hot!

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.8 They have the closest brotherhood here on campus. They're not douches like D Chi and are starting to throw the best parties here. Their fall pledge class this year looks like they have a lot of potential. They're definitely pushing top 2 this year

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.8 This is my favorite fraternity of all time. I don't even go to VCU, but my best friend does and I've been to some of their parties and met some of the brothers. They're all really cool, genuine guys that I would want to hang out with on a regular basis. They aren't your typical frat douches. They each have an individual story, but they maintain the classiness and high values of a fraternity. At the Halloween party this year, the brother who was DJ-ing was absolutely amazing!! And super hot.
