Sig Ep- rich, preppy, sick house, have been near top for a while
Sig Chi- have been rising for a while, good classes recently. awesome house
SAE- got kicked off for spring, should be rushing a big fall class, still good
Sig Nu- good spring class, pretty new but have been doing well, need a house
Phi Sig- have been falling for a while, used to be near top. good house, kinda weird guys though
Beta- nice guys, kind of similar to sig nu. don't party too much
Under- off campus for a while, still party though
DTD- kind of weird, chill guys though
Fiji- off campus for a few semesters, have gotten weird
LXA- really weird guys

You're obviously not in tri delt because it isn't well known that a new fraternity is coming, and you have no idea what you're talking about. You can't rate a fraternity that hasn't even formed yet over others lol. You sound like either a Phi Sig or LXA guy, both of which are way too high in this ranking.

I'm not in a frat and knew a new frat was coming. Just cause you're out of the loop doesn't mean everyone is

You forgot SAE, put them up in top tier with Sig Ep and Sig Chi and this ranking is perfect
