This is the most accurate fraternity rankings at Villanova. I would say that Sig Chi, Sip Ep, Sig Nu, and Phi Sig are all good fraternities and you can't go wrong with any of those four. DTD is clearly the lowest, it has a lot of weird guys and only had 4 kids in its spring class. A lot of girls have said that Sig Nu had the best class in the spring, but Sig Chi, Sip Ep, and Phi Sig all had good classes too. Choosing a fraternity isn't about rankings its about which one you fit in the best

That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.

SAE hasn't gotten a good pledge class since they went underground, and their sorority connections have fallen. They're probably around Pi Kapp, not above Beta.

Doubtful. The underground rushes are never great, and a lot of sororities don't associate with SAE anymore. They're riding off the older guys and a pretty good house at this point. They've fallen miles from where they were four years ago.
