Is there going to be a new Panhellenic sorority this upcoming fall? If not, when can we expect a new cpc sorority? Thanks you guys!

Probably not since two of the sororities took Spring classes. Supposedly the university is slowing down expansion anyway, but there might be one more sorority in the future.

A new sorority will not be colonized until all four sororities maintain quota for a few years. So at this time I don't see that happening for another 4 years at least.
