Lambda has great parties. They are a lot more active socially compared to the other frats at UTC. Some of the guys are weird, but that’s a normal thing when you have 100 plus brothers on campus

Kappa Delta is known for being one of the sweetest sisterhoods on campus. Lots of girls involved in sports and inter-murals. The girls are down to earth and very genuine.

A great fraternity that shares true values of friendship, justice and learning. Certainly a lifelong brotherhood.

I think Adpi has good qualities, but they all seem very full of themselves and don’t come off as very focused on school. As a senior, I think they’ve fallen off in the last few years.

DZ is full of some of the most genuine girls on campus. They are a really strong and accepting group, if you’re rushing this fall DZ should be a top pick!

They will TELL you they are the best. They will try to ACT like the best. It’s an ACT. Do not be fooled. These girls do not have good sisterhood. They sleep with each other’s boyfriends, tear each other down and only care about partying (and kicked out of parties). The whole sisterhood act is fake and this is known from knowing the inside of the chapter. They’re obsessed with recruiting pretty girls. That’s it. Once you’re in, it’s not that great. Don’t always go off your first impression.

The guys are overall ok, they wont harrass you or anything so its fun to go there and not have to worry about that kind of thing, but with that said they are kind of boring. They also let guys that are not even members act like they are members which is weird. It is hard to know who is actually a sig chi and who isn’t. A guy I knew my freshman year doesn’t even go to school anymore but still tells people he is a sigma chi and keeps it in his bio. Idk there is just a fee things that are strange to me with them, but I wouldn’t say they are a “bottom” house necessarily.

Coming from out of state to school here I wanted to like ADPI but after meeting several of the members I realized they are far from “sisterly”. Always talking badly about one another and not representing themselves well. Even met some exec members (social chair and VP’s) that acted the same way just immature and rude, which shows that even their “leaders” are this way. Makes me feel bad for them because they must live a miserable life like that. Overall middle tier probably just because the girls are from all over so more people know them, but definitely not a house girls will be fighting for during rush. They kind of just blend in nothing special.
