Kappa Sig is in a weird spot. They killed it in rush last fall, threw decent parties, and had a good fall semester. They kind of fell off in the spring. I want them to be better so badly but they just aren’t. Not much organization in their exec, pretty much 3 guys doing all of the work. They are a rowdy bunch, pretty similar to lambda. Overall they’re mid tier, they’ll never be a top house. Super genuine boys but they’re just extreme party animals and they really offer nothing else. The parties aren’t even that good and I get sick everytime I leave that basement.

Sig chi threw a 1,000 person party for their philo week and sold tickets to it for $10 each. I think they raised about 30k. It’s between them and pike on who is the top house. Sig Chi is one of the more personable frats, not many chads, lots of friendly and personable boys. I’m biased bc they are my fav on campus. I always felt safe going to their parties. Love these boys and can’t wait to be back in the fall :)

They definitely put in a lot of work to recover what they went through with the whole SA case. They ended up being one of the top houses. Despite their success, I’ve always gotten a weird vibe from them. Overall it’s between Pike and Sig Chi for the top house on campus.

These girls are so down to earth and genuine. I was scared to rush but they made the experience fun and I honestly wanted to do it again. They stick to their values and genuinely want the best for all other girls even those in competing sororities!

I Moe Lester love my fraternity and my fraternity brothers they help me every weekend find the most blackout girl and help me feed her shots till she’s ripe for the picking, definitely best on campus by far

Lots of girls that will join MLMs once they eventually marry a pike after graduation. Lots of spray-tans. They are surface level with their sisterhood. That being said, I don't think they're straight-up awful. They are nice and their house is lovely. They are top-tier for sure and never have issues with making their recruitment numbers. Definitely the home for some, but not most.

Pike feels like the safest and most sanitary frat house on campus, if someone gets really bad they've always been taken care of or offered an uber. The guys are respectful for the most part and aren't touchy unless you initiate it.

Weird bunch of girls that’s for sure. This sorority is full of wanna be’s and act like they run the campus but in reality they’re the most hated sorority. They try way to hard at everything begging parents for money and can’t Get their mouth to say nice things. No this isn’t in the stereotype sorority girl way it’s more of in a “maybe if I do this the cool kids will notice me” way. This sorority screams for attention that no one wants to give them because they suck.

I like this sorority for who they are as people and as an organization. They are not the top tier sorority as they are new to UTC. I see AGD growing significantly here tho.

They are very cold hearted. And very good at putting on a show to impress people. They have had around over 6 people drop since August 2021 recruitment. They aren’t what they use to be, in fact they are far from a sisterhood.
