Sad to say, but they just aren't very good, nice guys but just don't belong in a fraternity.

Mid tier, don't have a house, very diverse. They have one of the biggest chapters on campus which isn't really a good thing, I think PiKapp will pass them next semester.

Top tier by default, let's just say they like to hit the gym. They have some really good guys but most are pretty douchey, good girl base though.

Solid mid tier, they need to absolute kill rush in spring 2013 to pass pike, good guys and decent girl base.

easily top tier, they have some kids that should never be greek anywhere but it's whatever. They also take in the most kids every semester, good guys overall and are very involved in campus.

Some are nice, but they are going down hill fast. Their recent affiliations with middle tier fraternities has only assisted their fall from what was once dominance. I hope they get their act together because my understanding is that they have half a chapter that they like to hide and the other half are potheads.

I have gotten to hang out with these guys a few times this semester, they are a very fun group. My girlfriend and I, along with my friends always feel very welcomed whenever they invite me out. They seem to be extremely professional. The thing I like about them most is that they encourage my group of friends to check out the other fraternites and see where we best fit it. Seeing the other chapters has only made me want to join their chapter even more. I can't wait until the spring!
