Heres the thing and I think this is true for all houses: even if the reputation is not necessarily true anymore, most people assume it is. Yes of course there are girls in this house who are awkward, but I don't think that is only this chapter on campus. From what I can see, they are making an effort to show that while not all go out, many do and they enjoy being social. They are a social sorority after all.
