These guys are pretty nice. However, what I don't like about them is how exclusive they are. Their parties are really small and they aren't interested in meeting or inviting new people over. But they are very involved on campus. Love derby days

Love many of the Theta girls I've met. Very geniune! But their house as a whole is neither good nor bad. They aren't very social all together, but they are involved around campus. They are just a neutral house that doesn't party or appear to have much fun.

These guys are nice, but honestly not at all attractive. And quite a few of them lack social skills, especially when it comes to women. And now that I think about it, these guys really aren't involved at all on campus.

these girls are so fun and connected as a sisterhood! they know how to go out and have a good time, bu tare classy about it and maintain good grades. top house on campus for sure!

This house is very half and half. Some of the girls stay in and can be awkward at first. The other half is very outgoing and social, but no one knows they're tridelts unless you ask them. They are all such genuine and sweet girls (possibly the ONLY house on campus that does not try and change their girls). They have some awkward moments but more potential than anything else. If they could just work on their recruiting and some social skills there whole front can change for the best.
