Great guys in that house, but they down have a house, so they really don't have much pull on campus, overall though, they are a new and emerging fraternity on campus, if they can acuire a house on campus they'll be even better.

They have good parties and for the most part the guys there are great, its the few bad apples in that house that bring the whole place down, but the fact their house sits on Sorority row makes them popular for some reason.

Classy, smart, genuinely beautiful-The kinda girls you wanna introduce to your parents. May not see the most of them at parties and the other girls on the row are definitely fun to date or party with but the tri delts are the ones you eventually wanna marry. Gotta respect em.
