i’m so confused

Can someone please tell me why Phi Delt is still relevant. To put in perspective these guys haven’t had a social presence in 3 semesters, terrible recruitment classes all three of those semester and for some reason they’re have been bragging about their apartment style “house” like it was just built.
I’m just confused as to how they have been ranking themselves as top tier and everyone is still going along with it, when realistically speaking they haven’t done anything since the face of their fraternity (Eugene and Manny) graduated.
Without mentioning your house, tell us something you guys have done to be considered top tier besides self ranks...

Still doesn’t answer the question, what makes you top? We wouldn’t attack you, if you didn’t self rank all the time and downplay every other fraternities success.

Then none of the houses can be considered top. None of them do anything anymore.

Just because you ask a question on here, you demand a response from anyone! If you really want to know something about what Phi Delt has done, go ask them! Otherwise, let it go dude. Stop being such a weirdo. Make better use of your time dude, then maybe you can move out of your low tier status.
