ΣΧ- won the things that matter, good social presence
ΣΝ- solid wins, could be better though
ΠΚΑ- great social presence not really winning anything though
Mid
ΦΔΘ- underperformed, they were top but fell off
ΣΦΕ- Starting to get better, just not there yet
ΚΣ- Good position to move up
ΑΣΦ- walking the tightrope of mid and bottom, bottom very soon
Bottom
ΖΒΤ- not doing so hot for a frat with a house
ΔΤΔ- not doing anything
ΣΠ- does the same thing every year but expects a different result
ΠΚΦ- getting a social presence, still bad
ΣΑΕ- irrelevant
ΦΓΔ- goobs
ΑΕΠ- who are these people
ΒΘΠ- Gonna struggle for a long time

Horrible quality parties
Parties get shut down quick

They barely do anything

Old reliable “bad parties”
Parties shut down quick, ok that’s everyone
Has most members total don’t need many pledges
Still see KD, Tri Delt, DG, and Adpi’s with them
70% of USF fraternities are in apartments
When you are top, you don’t have to do much, your reputation precedes you; but the things you choose to do, you better win and remind people why you’re top and everything they did, they won or it was extremely close
Support the troops
Attractiveness is relative
Give examples of unclassy other than every typical frat guy

Emphasis on “bad parties”, Parties are meant as a celebration of accomplishment, name some other fraternities who are out accomplishing things.
Ps. The only other top fraternities that could rival Sig Chi all have the same tailgate lot, Gasparilla lot, same bar presence, and almost equal housing. They socially are equal. The thing that sets them apart and pushes them above the rest is community impact and trendsetting. Don’t see the others winning IM’s or Philanthropies
