are adpi and sigchi the top chapters at usf?

by: ?

It seems like everyone wants to be in Adpi or SigChi during recruitment/rush. People will deny it now because obviously they got dropped during pref or rush but is it true most people want to be in those? Greek Life attracts people who are concerned with image and prestige, so it makes sense why everyone would want to be in the most prestigious chapter at USF.

Nope, once they learn other houses have more to offer, not so much. Both houses are falling.

Times have changed. Move forward, not backwards. Don't live in the past.

When I went through recruitment all the girls wanted ADPi or KD (or dg) As a freshman, I kind of did too only because I figured if everyone wanted them they must be good. Both of those sororities are great, but I didn’t feel they were a good fit for me (and no it’s not because I wasn’t “hot” enough, there are a variety of girls in each chapter, but the feel for me was off). I have friends in almost every sorority. Adpi, kd and Dg have some amazing, beautiful, smart and kind girls. My (upper mid or mid, depending on who you ask, I hate tiers) sorority does too. The difference is that I personally just clicked with the girls in my chapter during recruitment. I’m sure I could’ve been happy elsewhere, but I don’t think I would have felt as comfortable. When people say , “trust the process,” they’re right.

Literally nobody cares about tiers outside of GR. Upper tier girls date “lower tier” guys all the time. Go where you feel comfortable.
