This site is such a joke. How many people from SigEp are on this site trying to say they are the top fraternity at USF? Sorry you can't be a top anything unless you look, act and are Southern. Sure there are some kids in SigEp who try to copy off of TFM but they're just a whole bunch of posers raging at the gym.
The top fraternity at USF is Sigma Chi because it's the only real fraternity at USF. Yes we might have gotten in trouble but we'll come back stronger.
For the new pledges for this year, here are the REAL ratings. If you're not in Sigma Chi at USF, you won't be a real fraternity man like your friends at FSU and UF.
Top: Sigma Chi
Mid: SigEp, Sigma Nu, Delta Chi (The only reason why they're here is because they have a house and they have some people who pretend to be southern).
Bottom: Pi Kapp, PIKE, Kappa Sigma, Theta Chi, and every fraternity at USF that calls itself a "fraternity" (Frat doesn't come to mind when you hear these chapters. Either they have posers or just don't even try).

This is coming from a Pan sorority girl...
You sound dumb saying Sigma Chi is the only real fraternity. Not every one is "southern," that is why there are a variety of chapters for guys. Just because Sigma Chi is known for being southern doesn't make any of the other fraternities less real.
And another thing...this is USF. Greek life isn't big here. If you want REAL southern boys, go to a big southern school.

Your time on top is over Sigma Chi.
Your National office doesn't like this chapter, you aren't a southern fraternity seeing as you were founded in Ohio, and you lost your Alpha chapter recently. Your organization is not that great and your chapter here sucks. You have little involvement in events and when you do participate it is so infrequent that you save all your pennies to buy the philanthropy. You need to step it up or sit down.

Which organizations do you think are going to have more southern values, keeping in mind that real southern values aren't about how you dress?

It's not about where they were founded in, it's about what values they embroil. Even though those 4 frats were founded before the Mason-Dixon Line, they're not southern at USF. Sigma Chi probably was founded in Ohio but guess what... it's the only southern frat at USF.
