by: Top houseEveryone agrees that Sigma Chi and Delta Chi are the top 2 Fraternities. However, who actually is number 1? Personally I think Sigma Chi is without a doubt the best out of the 2. What does everyone else think?

ΣΧ is top by far and here's why .. The only bad thing you can say about Sigma Chi is that they have housing debt (but every frat has debt at USF) which was not caused by any of the guys who are active there now. It was caused by the member ship review they had a few years back which caused them to not fill out their house since they didn't have enough brothers to do so. Similarly delta chi has only 2 brothers living in their house right now . They're piling up tons of debt bc they can't fill their house. The reason why they can't fill their house is bc all their older brothers bailed on d chi and dropped.. with that being said sigma chi is more involved, throws better parties, has more brothers, etc etc etc which makes them top. If you disagree then you're a delta chi

Poorly managed ? Sigma chi had Ob who's probably the most organized/ put together/ experienced chapter president to come through Greek.

Every fraternity does not have debt at USF. The only fraternities that have debt are the ones that are poorly lead and managed. Looking straight at you Sigma Chi, ZBT, SigEp, and Pi Kapp.
