Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.0 I went to their first party of the semester over the weekend and it was so much fun. All of the brothers were super welcoming and you could tell they really cared about each other as brothers as well as making sure all of their guests were having fun. Not your typical "frat guys" which is why I think they are a chapter to watch this year.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.6 I've known several Chi Phi's since they've been here. Very nice guys, and are not into the douchy frat life you see with top tier douche-brigades. They party like any other frat, have a decent house, but tend to stick to brotherhood over anything else. They also tend to have high GPA's and do better academically than other USF fraternities. If you're looking for brotherhood, academics, and just enough partying to get by; join Chi Phi.
