Is Sig Ep a good frat to pledge? Is the Balance Man program as good as everyone says it is?

When a young man joins SigEp, he discovers something unique. Through the Balanced Man Program (BMP), he immediately becomes a brother. The BMP eliminates pledging from the chapter experience, and puts an emphasis on continued development throughout college and beyond.

If you want to be associated with a horrible chapter at UVM. Sad that the school let these hacks back on campus after the survey.

Great guys with a sick white house on Main St (they still own their old house)

They have to get like 45 people to join and have no disciplinary incidents before they can get a house

sigep still owns their old house on main, they're just renting it out to champlain indefinitely

What a difference a few years makes...these guys went through a rough patch of trouble with the university and their nationals, but seem to be back on track now. Apparently now, their nationals, several prominent local alumni, and the chapter itself are working in unison along with the university to be stewards and guardians of the ideals that Sig Ep is based on...Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love. It has breathed fresh life into the organization.

I would say most of the sororities go harder than "New SigEp" will ever do. They are just forming another Honors club. Dry frat. Give it time and you'll see girls rushing them, basically the ones that get cut or drop out during sorority recruitment. Not a real frat.
