Despite the fact that they don't have the most appealing house, the parties are still great. A great group of guys with a strong sense of brotherhood who know how to have a good time.

Everyone hates on them because they bought an old pizza hut building and that is where they live and throw parties. I have to say the pizza hut house does look kind of bad but then again I've never been inside it. However, I have friends who have been there who say the parties suck. Also they let pretty much anyone join.

Kappa Sigma is the two time defending Fraternity of the Year at the University of Vermont. They throw down pretty regularly, but are also well known for their work in the community and leadership on campus. They do this event called Sleep Out for the Soldiers every year, which raises money for Veterans. They do the most service, have the best grades, most social events, and are second largest to PIKE. These guys are really the standard at the University of Vermont.
