Not the best house but definitely the best basement at UVM. Parties can get pretty sweaty but are fun and even better when they throw more exclusive parties and not ragers. Guys are pretty nice for the most part but can be stereotypical “frat bros” from time to time. Most of them are pretty cute too and actually make good conversation. Always love coming here and have great memories from Kappa

From personal experience Pi phi > axo. Pi phi are nice girls very classy. Axo just a bunch of animals and need to learn respect!

im not in greek life but if i were i would want a bid from kd! these girls are so nice and seem really genuine. i always see them together on campus and they seem to have a really strong sisterhood. they won sorority of the year and are definitely on the come up. they're also known for being a really open and inclusive chapter and all their pride stories on ig were great to see! yay kappa delta!

kappa has a lot of parties that they fill with freshman. most of the members ive interacted with haven't been very nice but i have met some not rude members. really weird house but they have a great basement. lil tecca got strep here

they have a 'nice' house but the dynamic there is really weird... the guys aren't nice to 4/6 sororities. overall a really strange vibe

Although their basement is a little cramped they definitely have one of the nicest looking houses on campus with a beautiful main floor. However, the house is ruined by the brothers in this fraternity. They’re honestly a little weird and creepy. Some of them are cute, yes but they all come off as super arrogant and predatory. Their parties aren’t the best organized and seem to fizzle out fast. I and other get weird vibes every time we go there
