Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Utah - UT 4.4 They've been middle of the pack since they were refounded, but got a huge pledge class of like, forty guys that are all studs. They win everything like house decorations and greek week and are involved in everything on campus. They don't throw many parties, but when they do they're wild. The type of guys you call up to just hang out with.

For being a dry house the parties at their satellite houses are easily up to par with any other fraternity on the row (they still drink). Sadly they have been getting hate on the row lately because of rumors being started.
