A phis seem to always have some of the most beautiful girls. A good majority that I've met are really nice, but like any house there are some girls that are fake af. Regardless I'd say they're a top sorority due to looks.

They've had a bad rep from I guess their older members, but they are all mostly graduated now, and I feel like they get better every year. I came to a party once and there are actually a good amount of very attractive phi delts, I might have to go to another one soon.

Only put their popularity high because for some reason people still go to their parties. Can’t remember a time I went to one of their parties and didn’t get uncomfortably hit on let alone enjoyed myself. House is full of typical douchebag frat boys. No thanks

These girls are pretty perfect, to be honest. Every time our house hangs out with them we have an amazing time! Definitely date/formal/everything material!
